Overview

Students at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University, Waseda University, and the School of Public Administration of M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State  participated in interactive IP videoconferences on the reconstruction of Iraq.  The Moscow conference was held at 09:00-10:00 AM on 2 March (17.00-18.00 Moscow), and the Tokyo conference will be held at 7:00-8:00 PM on 2 March (09.00-10.00 on 3 Marh in Tokyo).

The Maxwell-Moscow conference is now available on the streaming server: WMV-Moscow. Please note that there were two techinical interruptions in the feed--at 9:15 AM (EST) and 9:45 AM (EST).

Prior to the videoconference, the participants had the opportunity to participate in a discussion forum on issues that we be covered in the videoconference. The text of the messages posted have been extracted to create a PowerPoint slide show with the topics for the videoconference.
