Responsibilities include teaching the core courses for the graduate concentration in health services management and policy, and advising students enrolled in the interdisciplinary graduate certificate in health services management and policy.
- Director, PricewaterhouseCoopers, L.L.P. Responsibilities included management of a range of consulting projects, principally involving home health care, community-based services, and long-term care. 1988-2000
- Principal, Dennison Associates, Ltd., Albany, New York. The
primary focus of this consulting firm was service to government agencies on issues related
to financing and delivery of health services, emphasizing home and community based care. 1984-1988
- Teaching Assistant, Department of Health Planning and Administration,
Pennsylvania State University. 1982-1984
- Administrator, E. J. Noble Hospital, Alexandria Bay, New York. As chief
executive officer, responsibilities included all aspects of operation, development and
planning of the 50-bed hospital and skilled nursing facility. 1979-1982
- Executive Director, North Jefferson Health Systems, Inc., Clayton, New
York. This not-for-profit corporation was established to assume responsibility and
stabilize two ambulatory care centers in the service area of E. J. Noble Hospital. With
support of federal and private grant funding, the program was stabilized, two more centers
were opened, and new physical facilities were constructed. 1977-1979
